You send an E-mail message to all Trainees at
rollout time. This message tells them what the Program is, why
it is important for them to do it, and gives them a target
date for completion.
You send a second message to the
trainees who have completed the training (i.e., passed the
KeyMoves Compliance Test) in response to the rollout message,
acknowledging their accomplishment and urging them to return
to KeyMoves for regular brushups in correct computer
ergonomics.
After a few weeks, you send a second e-mail message to trainees
who have attempted but not passed the KeyMoves Compliance Test.
KeyMoves provides you with sample, recommended language, which,
as always, is editable by you to precisely suit your company’s
training policies and timetable.
You send a second e-mail message to
Trainees who have not even attempted the KeyMoves Compliance
Test. Again, KeyMoves provides the template (and at this stage,
the language becomes a bit more rigorous), which you edit to
your taste.
You send a final e-mail message to all
Trainees who have not yet passed the Test, reminding them they are required to complete the training and giving them a date by which it must
be completed.
